Position Overview

Client is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to design, deliver, and facilitate engaging virtual training programs for a variety of business needs. This role requires a strong command of adult learning principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage training sessions that drive knowledge transfer and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver product, technical, systems, sales, behavioral, and skills-based training in a virtual environment.
• Apply adult learning principles using diverse instructional methods and media (e.g., Zoom, Adobe Connect).
• Manage the learning environment to ensure participants achieve desired outcomes.
• Consistently deliver nationally developed curricula while adapting to audience needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned course content and materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment when applicable.
• Communicate complex information clearly and handle sensitive topics with diplomacy.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 3 5+ years delivering professional training programs, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Schedule: Flexibility to conduct training during daytime and evening hours.

Essential Skills

• Training & Facilitation: Strong ability to engage learners and adapt training styles.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead groups, build rapport, and work effectively with diverse teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training tools (Zoom, Adobe Connect).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Advanced critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
• Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business operations and industry practices.

• Reliable high-speed internet and computer suitable for virtual training.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while delivering online sessions.
