As the Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist, you will:

• Perform  heavy customer collections with professionalism and customer care.
• Manage  customer billing and maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
• Apply payments and handle  customer account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with executives and owners to  review bad debt and propose solutions.
• Support  accounts payable duties to facilitate smooth financial processes.

Seeking an Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist, that is very detail oriented, organized and takes pride in their work and customer relations.

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis tools.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and equipped to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
