Are you an experienced civil litigator looking to join a respected, close-knit firm where your contributions truly matter? Our boutique law firm in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. We represent a diverse clientele—including plaintiffs, defendants, individuals, and businesses—in both state and federal courts throughout Florida.
What You’ll Do:
As a valued member of our litigation team, you’ll handle a variety of real estate and business disputes from inception through resolution. You’ll work on high-quality cases, manage hearings and depositions, and have the opportunity to originate your own matters—with no billable hour requirement .
What We’re Looking For
• A licensed Florida attorney in good standing with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience
• Demonstrated courtroom experience, including depositions and evidentiary/non-evidentiary hearings
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Strong ability to work independently and think strategically
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience handling civil jury and non-jury trials
• Interest in developing your own book of business (with additional income potential)
