A leading international law firm is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Associate (3–7 years of experience) to join its Energy and Infrastructure Practice Group in either New York or Houston. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge project finance and development transactions across the rapidly growing digital infrastructure sector, including data centers, fiber networks, and related assets.

Key Areas of Focus:
Project development and financing for digital infrastructure assets
Limited recourse and structured finance transactions
Project-level and portfolio-level investments
Joint ventures, M&A, and construction & operating arrangements in the infrastructure space
While experience in the digital infrastructure sector is highly desirable, the team welcomes candidates with experience in other project finance matters, leveraged finance, structured finance, or broader finance transactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
3 to 7 years of transactional experience, preferably in project finance or structured finance
Exposure to digital infrastructure transactions (e.g., fiber, data centers, or tower deals) is a plus
JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials
Admission to the Bar and in good standing in the jurisdiction of hire (New York or Texas)
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
Strong work ethic and an interest in working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
This firm offers a collaborative culture, access to market-leading deals, and the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team of attorneys focused on transformative infrastructure transactions.
Equal Opportunity Statement:
This firm is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. All qualified applicants will be considered regardless of race, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or veteran status.
