GrowthAssistant is looking for an Email Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will optimize email marketing through Klaviyo, segment customers, create targeted email flows, and A/B test content to improve campaign performance. Responsibilities include developing drip campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with design and content teams to ensure compelling email communication. Salary Range:PHP 40,000 - 65,000 per month Benefits: Work From Home Performance, Attendance, and Referral Bonuses Paid Holidays and Time Offs Health Card Tasks: Utilize Klaviyo for customer segmentation, retrieve customers from the central database, and apply appropriate tagging Set up flows based on these tags, creating appropriate filters so the correct customers receive the correct emails Perform A/B tests on various email elements Establish and implement email drip campaigns, incorporating content and design elements inspired by successful examples Retrieve current copy and creative assets, then refine and enhance them using existing email templates and designs as a reference Implement standardized reporting procedures to evaluate campaign performance, utilizing templates for consistent analysis and assessment. Verify and validate campaign content through rigorous testing procedures to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and alignment with objectives Maintain a clean contact list and email automation Experience in new lifecycle marketing campaigns Cross-collaboration with design and content teams to attain information for emails Requirements 2+ years of experience with Klaviyo (or a similar tool) Experience with end-to-end email marketing for e-commerce brands Basic understanding of customer purchasing behaviors Ability to work following the UK time zone Recent work experience following the UK/US time zone Nice-to-have: Experience with skio Basic experience with Google Analytics We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of a team.
