Position Overview:
As our Acquisitions Agent, youll be the primary contact for motivated sellers who reach out via inbound marketing (primarily TV ads). You’ll manage leads, qualify seller situations, book and run appointments, and build rapport to determine the best solution—whether that’s a deal or a helpful referral elsewhere. The ideal candidate balances empathy with initiative and can connect with homeowners while also closing qualified opportunities.
You’ll be taking over responsibilities currently handled by the company’s founder—so you’ll be trained directly by leadership and play a key role in our growth.

Core Responsibilities:
● Manage inbound leads: answer calls, log notes, and follow up
● Build relationships and uncover motivation with potential sellers
● Book and attend property visits (in person)
● Present offers and guide sellers through the process (with training)
● Act as the liaison between seller and transaction coordinator after contract
● Assist with light outbound marketing in slow seasons (direct mail, etc.)
