Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations: Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods to ensure efficient and timely operations.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations, implementing protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordination: Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams, including international partners, to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics, communicating findings to both English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Language: Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal) is required to support communication with global teams and stakeholders.
