Job Description

A dynamic K-12 educational setting in New Britain, CT is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support student health needs during the current school year. Key Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification required, or
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple health-related tasks in a fast-paced educational environment

Location:

• New Britain, Connecticut

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide routine and emergency nursing care to students as needed during school hours
• Assist with medication administration and health screenings
• Collaborate with school staff regarding student health plans and accommodations
• Maintain accurate health records and report concerns promptly
• Support the schools efforts to promote a safe and healthy environment for all students
