Production Supervisor – Luxury Interiors, $100K (Bilingual Cantonese), San Francisco

A premier San Francisco-based design firm, known for its exquisite luxury interiors and custom fabric work, is seeking a Cantonese-speaking Production Supervisor to lead a skilled and collaborative team in the creation of high-end window treatments and textiles.

This is a rare opportunity for someone with a background in retail, tailoring, or fabric production who’s ready to move into a more structured, growth-oriented role within a company that truly invests in its people.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and motivate a team of 20+ Cantonese-speaking fabric specialists across weaving, finishing, packaging, and shipping
• Ensure production runs smoothly—on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality
• Oversee inventory, workflow, and cross-department coordination
• Collaborate on new product development and production process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Cantonese (required)
• 3+ years of experience leading teams in production, manufacturing, or similar settings
• Background in retail, tailoring, textiles, or custom fabrication strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Must be available to work on-site in San Francisco, Monday–Friday
