Job Description
We are seeking an adaptable and organized Personal Assistant for the owner of three children's group homes in Sahuarita, Florence, and Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will provide administrative support, assist with project management, and act as a liaison between the owner and various parties.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the owner, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets.
Coordinate and oversee projects as needed, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Interact with children in the group homes, creating a positive and nurturing environment.
Drive the owner to various locations and run errands as required, with provided gas coverage.
Act as a representative for the owner, handling tasks and communicating with staff, parents, and vendors.
Maintain flexibility to work between the three group home locations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in administrative support preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in an administrative support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Comfort and experience working with children.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to travel between Sahuarita, Florence, and Tucson, AZ as needed.
Flexibility in working hours and locations.
Must have these trainings: CPR & First Aid / CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention & Finger Print Clearances are required for all staff.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with the children's group home environment and regulations.
Experience with event planning and coordination.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful.
