Job Overview
W.Cashmere is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers to support the growth of our global influencer program. This role will work cross-functionally with PR, events, brand marketing, and creative teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and passionate about influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new influencer partners across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Support influencer outreach, communication, and onboarding
• Manage campaigns end-to-end, including deliverables, deadlines, and performance
• Maintain influencer database and content archives
• Collaborate with content and social teams on creative campaign ideas
• Assist with planning and executing mailers, events, and trips
• Track social and media coverage
• Identify emerging influencers and build authentic, ongoing relationships
• Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and influencer news

Requirements

• Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital content, and social media platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of influencers in the fashion world and other relevant realms
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Previous internship or related experience preferred
• Work authorization in the U.S. required. Preference given to U.S. citizens or green card holders.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
