We are seeking a dedicated Farm Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some farm experience (preferred) and be comfortable handling a variety of farm tasks. This role requires operating machinery, assisting with daily farm operations, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain farm equipment.
• Assist with planting, harvesting, and general crop care.
• Feed and care for livestock (if applicable).
• Perform routine farm maintenance and repairs.
• Drive a semi-truck (CDL not required) for farm-related transportation.
• Follow safety procedures and farm protocols.

Requirements:

• Some farm experience preferred.
• Ability to provide references from previous employers.
• Valid driver’s license with experience driving a semi (CDL not required).
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take on physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
