Ideal Background:

 

• Current Executive Chef, CDC, or high-performing Executive Sous at a nationally recognized restaurant.
• Mastery of Italian flavors with the confidence to innovate and elevate.
• Track record of building high-performance teams, tightening margins, and improving guest experience.
• A true operator—someone who thrives in both the food and business sides of the kitchen.

 

Compensation + Perks:

 

• Base salary of $120K–$130K+ depending on experience and impact potential.
• Health and dental benefits.
