The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills. S/He should be able to contribute to improvements in data collection projects by identifying any issues in tools and suggesting enhancements and understand changes to collection protocol in response to data needs and workflows. Passion for data, efficiency, and accuracy as well as proactive behavior in addressing issues and problems is a huge plus.
