Job Overview: A well-established East Coast-based law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–5 years of experience in investment management and private equity transactions. This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and growing Private Equity & Finance practice, working on sophisticated legal matters including private fund formation, investment adviser compliance, and transactional work for institutional investors and family offices. The role supports a hybrid work environment and is available in multiple office locations. Location: Washington, D.C.
