We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to manage internal and external communications, enhance our brand presence, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional writing ability, and a collaborative mindset to support our communication strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement communication plans for various projects and initiatives.


  • Draft, edit, and proofread content for press releases, newsletters, presentations, and internal memos.


  • Maintain brand consistency across all written and visual materials.


  • Assist in organizing company events, media engagements, and community outreach programs.


  • Monitor communication channels and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.


  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure aligned messaging and goals.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.


  • 2+ years of experience in a communications or public relations role.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with basic design tools is a plus.


  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
