We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Spanish Dispatcher to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations, ensuring timely service delivery to construction sites while maintaining strong communication with customers and team members. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, providing an excellent opportunity for growth and stability.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and finalize service calls, ensuring accurate processing of all requests.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

• Coordinate logistics to manage service delivery efficiently to construction sites.

• Maintain detailed and organized records for all dispatch operations.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.

• Utilize computer-aided dispatch systems to streamline service coordination.

• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment to handle various responsibilities.

• Communicate fluently in Spanish to assist bilingual customers and team members.

• Work onsite during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

• Proven experience in dispatching or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
• Proficiency in managing call center systems and computer-aided dispatch tools.
• Ability to coordinate logistics and manage service schedules efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Fluency in Spanish to support bilingual communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to work onsite during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
